Sara Raasch revealed this cover last Friday. Blue is my favorite color, so seeing it encompass this glorious cover of Frost Like Night made me so tingly!
I like that even though each cover has focused on the cycle of seasons, each one is different from the one before it. This one features water, something missing from the first two books, and I can't wait to see how that's incorporated into the story.
I know I have often groaned about the abundance of circular-designed covers in YA, but this is about the seasons and actually deserves this shape on the cover. I mean, just look how stunning Autumn is!
I'm excited for the sea, I'm excited for the coming together of all the seasons, and I am excited to read more about Mather! I don't know what was wrong with me in my SLA review when I said Theron is better, but don't worry, I'm on the right path now.
It's Mather or nothing!
Be sure to add Frost Like Night to your To-Read shelves on Goodreads! Show this amazing author all the love you can because she so darling and sweet and super amazing at ignoring when people spell things wrong in their tweets to her (blonde moment for the win!).
