Top Ten Tuesday is a meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. Each Tuesday features a different list prompt where you will, as guessed, choose your top ten choices.
This week the theme is: The top ten books most recently added to your TBR list. I'm finishing quite a few series, so sequels might take up most of this list.
1. Frost Like Night by Sara Raasch
This series is one of my favorites! I just hope that, with this conclusion, Meira ends up with Mather because he is perfect! Well, I mean he makes mistakes, but he's imperfectly perfect, you know?
2. Stars Above by Marissa Meyer
The Lunar Chronicles ended on an amazing note, and I love everything this woman writes. Her style is flawless. I have my hopes for whose wedding is featured in this book, but I'll be happy for any! (But I hope it's Scarlet's because I want some furry babies!)
3. Heartless by Marissa Meyer
I think anyone who follows this blog knew both her books would end up on this list. I absolutely adore Alice in Wonderland, and after A. G. Howard's Splintered series ended early last year, I needed another to satisfy me!
4. Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo
Six of Crows was my first read of 2016 and I was sucked in immediately. I haven't read other work by Bardugo, but I'm thinking I should as I wait for this sequel to release.
5. Unhooked by Lisa Maxwell
I was on a dystopian kick from 2010 to 2014, but since last year, I couldn't get enough of retellings. Maxwell's switch on Captain Hook is one I haven't come across and am so excited to explore!
6. The Beauty of Darkness by Mary E. Pearson
This trilogy has me on the edge of my seat trying to figure out not only how Lia will survive, but who she is destined to become and be with. I'm starting to question my choice for her and I don't want to!
7. An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir
I have been trying to read this for months, and I finally have it in my possession! I plan to read it by the end of next week.
8. Passenger by Alexandra Bracken
Time travel is something that can be difficult to pull off, but I'm loving the reviews on this book and Bracken is an excellent writer. This has also been on my TBR list for months.
9. Thief of Lies by Brenda Drake
I have known about this book since I started following this writer on Twitter. She is the creator of so many amazing contests and opportunities, and I've been waiting to read this time travel story since it was called Library Jumpers.
10. Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard
This is the next book I'm reading and this fantasy kick has me on a fantastic path. I hope this one is just as amazing!
What are your most recent adds to your TBR list?

ReplyDeleteI've been wanting Passenger for so long!! And I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed! I'm thankful she switched genres because as beautiful as Darkest Minds is, I need a break from dystopian. I'm hoping I can make it to one of the Stars Above events next month so I'm beyond excited to meet Marissa Meyer!
